Infection Control and Select Interior Demolition

QM was awarded The Surrey Memorial Hospital Pharmacy Upgrade – Infection Control and Select Interior Demolition in May 2014.

Project Scope

Under the contract, QM performed the following services, among others:

    • Construction and installation of all CSA Level 4 infection control requirements for the project.
    • Select demolition of concrete pads, ceilings, flooring and other finishes, as well as the construction of new divisive walls complete with finishes.
    • After completion of contracted items, QM was awarded subsequent items over the term of the project.
