As a Service Manager, you will be at the intersection of equipment management and operational needs across QM Environmental’s diverse service lines, such as demolition, environmental remediation, hazardous material abatement, and emergency response. This newly created position emphasizes collaboration with internal departments to enhance equipment utilization, streamline maintenance processes, and elevate overall operational efficiency.

• Work closely with operations teams across all lines of business to align fleet and equipment needs with project goals.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of an sizable fleet, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
• Develop and implement strategies to streamline support processes, improve internal customer satisfaction, and strengthen external vendor relationships.
• Enhance the quality of QM Environmental’s services while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.
• Identify and support new business opportunities across various service lines.
