Job Title: Regional Manager – Eastern Canada
Location: Burlington, Ontario
About the Role
Do you have experience leading project teams in complex environmental and demolition projects? QM Environmental is seeking an experienced leader to manage and grow our Ontario and Eastern Canadian business unit. You’ll lead a dynamic team across projects such as:
- Structural Demolition
- Interior Demolition
- Asbestos Abatement
- Environmental Remediation
- Civil Earthworks
- Contaminated Soil Excavation
- Water Management and Excavation Dewatering
As Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring long-term growth and success, overseeing project execution, and driving business development. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leaders to deliver on key metrics while maintaining QM’s commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Eastern region’s management team, ensuring successful project execution and business growth.
- Collaborate with internal leaders to align regional performance with company-wide goals.
- Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and financial standards.
- Manage budgeting, P&L, and KPI achievement for the region.
- Provide mentorship and support to Project Managers, Coordinators, and Superintendents, fostering a collaborative team culture.
- Identify new business opportunities, leveraging your network to drive growth in Ontario and beyond.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in demolition, environmental remediation, and related fields, managing projects with all levels of government, oil & gas, mining, civil, industrial, and commercial sectors.
- Proven success in P&L management, budgeting, and business development.
- Strong financial acumen and ability to exceed business targets.
- Collaborative leadership style aligned with QM’s values.
- Experience with project management in high-risk, complex environments.
