We are seeking a Business Development Manager to oversee sales activity in Ontario, with potential future opportunities to expand across additional provinces. This pivotal role involves managing client relationships, aggressively developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth while ensuring services meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

What You will Do:

• Develop and execute short and long-term sales initiatives aligned with QM Environmental’s strategic goals.
• Market all Emergency Management, Emergency Response, and Industrial Services (EM/ER/IS) service lines within QM Environmental’s footprint.
• Build and enhance client relationships to secure new business opportunities and expand existing contracts.
• Manage sales cycles from inception to closure, independently and successfully.
• Represent QM Environmental in client meetings, proposals, and presentations to various audiences.
• Maintain detailed sales records using CRM technology and produce timely documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel frequently across Ontario and potentially other provinces as needed.
• Lead generation and business development in Eastern regions.

• 10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial services and emergency response.
• Proven success in generating leads, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Exceptional project management, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
• Valid unrestricted driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Professional demeanor and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
